CATERPILLAR, COCOON AND BUTTERFLY CLASS

1. Submit documents to mulberrytreehk@gmail.com or WhatsApp to 6460 4177.

• Child's recent I.D. photo
• Copy of the child's immunisation Record
• Copy of the child's Birth Certificate

2. Enrolment: Successful Applicants will receive a 'Placement Offer Letter' along with the following documents.

• Placement Offer Letter
• Guidelines for Parents and Guardians
• Waivers, policy agreements and consent forms (to be signed by the parent/guardian and submitted to us)
• Invoice (refer to the invoice for bank details)

3. Confirmation: To confirm your child's place at our academy, all fees must be settled by bank transfer within seven (7) days of when the invoice was issued. Please submit the following documents to us via email (mulberrytreehk@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+852 64604177)

• Copy of the initial Deposit slip/ Payment slip
• Signed copies of all forms including waivers, policy agreements AND waivers.

Remarks:

• Originals of application forms and signed waivers must be submitted to the academy office on the first day of our academy.
• Academy items such as uniforms, hats, school bags etc. will given to children on their first day of school. Please arrive at Mulberry Tree Academy 15 minutes earlier.

Please Note:

• Children under the age of three must be accompanied
• Fees are calculated and paid over a 12 month period as we are open all year round, except public holidays & term breaks (Fall, Winter, Chinese New Year, Spring and Summer) 
• The Academy requires a security deposit to confirm the placement of any children.
• A deposit of $5000 per child is required upon enrolment.
• The deposit is deductible from the final month’s tuition fee provided that the last day of attendance is no less than 12 months from the date of commencement. One month’s notice of withdrawal in writing of the child’s last day of school must be given.
• The deposit is not deductible if the student does not attend Mulberry Tree for at least 12 months (does not include the one month’s withdrawal notice which must be given in writing).
